Our refund and exchange policy comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Billy Lids Playland is owned and operated by Kids Entertainment Proprietary Limited and will be referred to as “we“, “our” and “us” in this policy.

Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. We are not required to provide a refund, credit or transfer if you change your mind.

Full payment is non-refundable when cancelled within 72 hours of your booking time.

Covid -19 Booking Policy – Book with Confidence

With current levels of uncertainty within the community, we understand that our customers may be reluctant to plan future parties or events. We want to ensure that our customers can book their experience knowing they have the flexibility to move their booking if required due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Bookings can now be moved without penalty up to 12 months in the future. Any payments above the deposit amount can be returned by request and the deposit will be held in store credit.

Billy Lids Playland Covid-19 Booking Policy will continue to be provided through relaxation of restrictions, subject to government restrictions.
